The Stott
One of the most recognizable buildings in Detroit, the David Stott building designed by Albert Kahn represented a unique opportunity to honor the heritage of its art deco design while embracing modern styling and amenities today’s consumer. Functional floor plans were treated with a contemporary interpretation of neoclassical fixtures and finishings in order to bring the building’s grandeur into present tense. Shared amenities such as a fitness center, lounge, and doorman entry were also added. The result was an enduring, high-design residential experience of style and flourish.
